Bee World – winner of the PATRIA NOSTRA 2020 award for the Central Bohemian Region

The Patria Nostra awards were presented for an exemplary investment and architectural achievement contributing to rural development and meeting the needs of its residents and visitors in the individual regions of the Czech Republic, implemented between 1990 and 2020. In each region, an expert jury nominated architecturally interesting buildings, from which the regional governors subsequently selected one regional winner.

Bee World emerged victorious from a field of five projects in the Central Bohemian Region and received the 2020 Patria Nostra award for the Central Bohemian Region.

On 18 November 2020, the award was presented by Jan Jakob, mayor of Roztoky, regional councillor and deputy chairman of TOP 09, to Martin Kapek, mayor of Hulice; Ing. arch. Jiří Poláček from the K2-architekt studio; and museum coordinator Jana Šimková.
